The removal of the king size tempurpedic mattress went smoothly. Matt and Stump were careful, strong, fast and very polite and considerate. The only issue that was less than positive is that of the price. We were given a price on the phone and then the guys said it would be $100 more. They explained that it was the difference between less than 1/8 of a truck and 1/8 of a truck. We understand that the person on the phone didn't realize what that particular size mattress was. We are satisfied to be rid of the mattress and with the way it was done. We suggest that for a more positive overall satisfaction a price range should be given so as not to have to give a new price on the spot that is so much higher. It's always best to have expenses be less than expected not more. Makes good business sense! That said, we are grateful for the help of Matt and Stump. Judy and Richard Cloues
