I loved that both guys showed up with uniform shirts on and that the truck was branded. It makes it much more comfortable as a female alone with a toddler to see those things. I chose this company because I could book online, it's licensed, there's a uniform, and I could pay with card. Easy! Both gentlemen were courteous and efficient as well
