The customer service was excellent with this company. When I initially called, Jason answered all my questions and quoted me a reasonable price right then and there. We scheduled an appointment and they do work on Saturdays. They called me prior to the pick up time and we confirmed address, etc. They arrived on time and had the furniture removed less than 20 minutes. I?m extremely satisfied with this company! You rarely see this kind of customer service anymore and I would recommend them above all the others I talk to..
