My favorite core value is "Building Leaders." It’s a big reason I joined Hunk Nation and I love supporting the teams. My wife and I both grew up in a small town and we’ve lived in 8 different cities during our married life and raising our kids. So we feel this makes us uniquely qualified to know what makes a great experience in moving. We would love to help you and yours “move the stuff you love and get rid of the stuff you don’t.”

When these elements come together, they create a team that not only achieves great results but also enjoys the journey along the way.

My favorite core value is "Building Leaders." Building Leaders is important to me because it is identifying then developing the potential one has to be a leader. I absolutely love this because I think it is important that we have and build good and proper leaders that always strive beyond success and that always want to get better. Being a leader also means to ALWAYS be honest and do the right thing even if you don't want to or when no one is watching. As a leader plenty of mistakes will be made but it's about how you respond to the mistakes and how you learn from them that separates you from being an average to a great leader. And here at College Hunks, we only want great leaders.

My favorite core value is "Creating a Safe, Fun, Winning Team". I really enjoy working with my colleagues. I believe when you work in a fun, enjoyable environment you are more productive and have a better chance of success.

And if everyone is cool with each other, then it also doesn't cause any work problems or cause any of us to not want to work with one another.
