We were very happy with our experience and will definitely call on you again in the future. The two young men who came were awesome.

The crew was careful, efficient, and communicative. They gave me an excellent on-the-spot estimate for the job. All inquiries with the call center and the local office were instructive, and everything offered and delivered was as advertised. This was a small job, but I would not hesitate to use them again for a larger more complex furniture removal or local move.

I hired you for a move on the 30th. It was by far the best experience I have had hiring movers. They were so friendly, respectful, and they worked so hard. I would recommend your company any day. Thank you so much for your help and taking the stress out of my move.

I reached out to three companies for moving quotes, and College Hunks Hauling Junk and Moving St. Louis was by far the easiest to work with. I set everything up over text, and the representative was super responsive?even when I had to reschedule last minute, they got me in earlier with no hassle ?The two movers handled EVERYTHING?down a full flight of stairs, waited patiently for almost two hours in their truck (had to wait for them funds hun, and the buyer of my condo was less than speedy there ?????), and then unloaded it all at my new house?without a single complaint.They were professional, respectful, and just genuinely great to work with. Highly recommend checking them out?not just for moving, they offer a ton of other services too!

They called promptly at 8am to tell me when they would arrive. They gave me an estimate after looking over my junk. They quickly loaded everything. They did their best trying to get a refrigerator out of a basement. Very happy and will use again!

Saw Your trucks

Ariel and Phillip were professional and polite, and did the job as required. Donald, the sales rep (?) was also very active answering texts and emails on Sunday night. As a customer, I would submit that the business model that promotes renegotiation of price after completion of the job is undesirable and is worthy of the stereotypical 'used car salesman'. It pits the customer against the crew and the crew against the 'office'. It clearly allows for the estimator to UNDERbid the work to get the job and then leave it up to the crew to increase your margin. Perhaps this works for the business....that's your decision, but as a customer, it is NOT desirable.

These guys were so nice, incredibly helpful, and kind. I would really appreciate if the same three guys came for my next job. They were Steve, James, and Aaron. I already have two jobs planned and my sister is also interested in using them at her home.
