College HUNKS Corporate and Several Locations Listed in Inc. 5000 Rankings for 2020
Congratulations and celebrations are in order for the 8 College HUNKS Hauling Junk & Moving franchisees that made it on the prestigious Inc. 5000 list of America’s fastest-growing private companies in 2020. The Tampa, Florida-based franchisor, which is within the top 3% of all franchise opportunities in the United States, also made the list for the 5th time. The honorees will be celebrated at the annual Inc. 5000 event, which will be held virtually Oct. 23-27, 2020. They will also be listed in the September issue of Inc. Magazine and featured in an article Franchising.com, a leading publication in the franchising industry.
For several of the College HUNKS locations, listing within the high-profile annual rankings is an honor they have received more than once. The Atlanta, Georgia College HUNKS location has made the Inc. 5000 list four times, while the Long Island, New York location has been ranked three times. Several Florida College HUNKS locations were ranked on the 2020 Inc 5000 list, including Palm Beach, Tampa, and Jacksonville – which celebrated its debut on the list this year. Two Pennsylvania locations – in Philadelphia and Bucks County – also were honored with rankings on the Inc. 5000 list.
The 2020 Inc. 5000 companies are ranked according to percentage revenue growth when comparing 2016 to 2019. To qualify, companies must have been founded and generating revenue by March 31, 2016. They also had to be US-based, privately held, for-profit, and independent – not subsidiaries or divisions of other companies – as of December 31, 2019. To enter the competition, companies needed to have a minimum revenue for 2016 of $100,000 and a minimum revenue of $2 million for 2019.
