The gentlemen that came to the home were very courteous and polite. They were able to get all items requested for pickup despite having to rearrange the previous pickups. We had one issue but that was no fault of the company. Internet service went down. The company was very understanding of the situation because the internet was needed for pricing.

The guys were great, but no 1/2 hr call. Arrival @ 10:30 for 12-2 appt. I work 2nd shift so I was just waking when they arrived.I see a message about arriving soon, but no call. My message alert is shut when I'm sleeping.Call would have woke me up.
