There was a problem with my debit card being declined. They waited until I called the bank to find out why (your business is in a category I had blocked). While we waited I asked if there was any other way I could pay (your site states the only payment options you accept are credit/debit cards & sites like PayPal & venmo). They assured me you accepted checks and cash, so I paid them in cash + tip. They patiently went out of their way to accommodate me. Their service ensures I will definitely use and recommend your company.
