Overall, they did a good job and were both professional and friendly to me. However, they bickered quite a bit between them and I think the process took longer because they didn't work together. Again, they were gentle with my stuff and did a good job but the bickering was a bit more than the good-natured (and beloved MA past-time) busting of chops, to the point it was worth mentioning.

Ken did a great job communicating a timeline for me, laying out how they would be removing the junk from my property as well as confirming the price of the removal. Everything was completed in a timely fashion, and Ken and Jerry made sure to leave the area completely cleaned up after finishing their work.

Very impressed with the team that showed up to do the move. They kept me informed on the arrival time. Jonathan called to inform me they were running late from job they were on before mine. Called again when they left the job with a arrival time. Once they started loading they took extreme care in handling everything and packed the truck neatly. Upon arrival at the destination they unloaded the truck and placed the furniture where Janet wanted them. Cleaned up after they finished. Very polite and friendly. Both are a credit to the company.
