I thought Steve was very customer focused and also a good leader/coach for his team partner. He communicated very clearly to his partner about how they should lift and carry the heavier pieces. The thing that impressed me most was when I asked the team to put the top of our new hutch onto the base. He coached his partner to lift the top all the way to the back of the base rather than rest it on the front edge and slide it into place. He explained this was to avoid scratches on the base. I used to be a mover, and I know that not all moving company employees have this level of customer focus.
