Their home office did a great job in scheduling our appointment and in keeping us informed about their arrival on our scheduled date. They provided a receipt before they left. Manny and Nicholas were prompt and contacted me ahead of time before arrival. When they arrived they surveyed what needed to be moved and assessed the best course of action. They were fast, efficient, and handled every item with care. They were even able to move another air conditioner that I forgot to mention beforehand. My wife and I were completely satisfied with the whole operation and would recommend any time.
