We were so grateful that Steven and Peter were able to come a day early to remove our water-damaged rugs which were starting to smell and overwhelm the house. They are very personable young men, and did a great job taking up our wet rugs and all the tacks around the edges and the stairs. They also swept afterword. We were able to book College Hunks on very short notice. They called me beforehand and arrived on time. We needed a heavy commercial multi thread sewing moved from first floor to a stand on the second floor. They were very careful with my new machine, placed it on the stand and made sure all of the bolts lined up with the stand. They were very polite and respectful. I would hire them again and recommend them for any moving needs.

My experience today definitely exceeded my expectations. Your employees were punctual, respectful, hard working, and professional throughout our entire interaction. I had a mixup with the storage company and had to wait for an employee to show up and unlock my unit. Instead of completely dismissing me, and leaving me to reschedule, they went out of their way and returned to my unit following the competition of their next job. They are the reason i will be actively recommending your company to friends and family whenever your services could be utilized. My overall experience with junk removal companies has been negative, they regularly overcharge and under-deliver. Most add on exorbitant fees to their prices and let their inner used car salesman take charge. customer service is pushed to the side in the pursuit of making the sale by any means necessary. Before today, that was my opinion of the industry as a whole, but your guys proved to me that I was mistaken.
