The guys doing the hauling kept me informed about their ETA. Gave me a price, processed payment, and quickly hauled the stuff away. Hassle free experience.

Michael is a very good communicator and a pleasure to work with. His partner was very nice. My only issue is with the quote I received. The 2 people who gave me quotes should have said that the bill might be much higher based on the circumstance--in this case the weight of my boiler. The cost of the service turned out to be >50% higher than the quote. I don't begrudge the cost--just the quote.

Our team today was amazing. They made what is usually an annoying task fun and upbeat. They listened to directions and although we moved fast they were still careful with our stuff. We wanted to finish up quick to get them home for Xmas eve and we got done in the amount of time I was hoping for. Great ?hunks? and I would request them personally for any future jobs I may have.

My hunks ran into a challenge when the couch wouldn?t fit through the front door, so they quickly got it out through the back door. To do this they had to move a heavy table out of the way and I had to unlock the door. After they got the couch into the truck they moved the table back where it was and showed me that they had locked the back door. Very impressive!
They kept me informed as there was a delay, and arrived when they said they would. The two movers were great. They were efficient and capable. I'd use them again.
