COLLEGE HUNKS HAULING JUNK AND MOVING® APPOINTS KELSIE ACKMAN AS SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT OF FRANCHISE DEVELOPMENT AND LEGAL AFFAIRS

College HUNKS Hauling Junk & Moving, an industry leader in stress-free solutions for moving and junk-hauling needs, recently appointed Kelsie Ackman as Senior Vice President of Franchise Development and Legal Affairs. She previously served as Vice President of Franchise Development and General Counsel for the company.

“Kelsie has guided and supported our organization during significant growth periods and changes over the past several years,” said Nick Friedman, Co-Founder and Visionary of College HUNKS. “Her extensive knowledge and experience with our brand will help us continue to move forward with our expansion plans, and her leadership will be integral in shaping the future of our company.”

Over the past year, College HUNKS added 50 new franchise locations in 2021. The company has also expanded into new markets, including Las Vegas, NV; Scottsdale, AZ; San Diego, CA; Happy Valley, OR; Crystal Lake, IL; and Lafayette, LA, to name a few. College HUNKS plans to open an estimated 55 locations in 2022.

Ackman began her career at College HUNKS in 2015 as a Franchise Legal Specialist. She grew within the brand and became the Franchise Legal Manager in 2017, where she built out an entire Legal and Compliance Team. She was then promoted to Vice President of Franchise Development and Legal Affairs in January 2019. Ackman then built out a Franchise Development team and now leads a team of 10 individuals in growing the brand efficiently and uniformly. Her hard work has been recognized as a Women of Influence by the Tampa Bay Business and Wealth Magazine and a Top Corporate Counsel Finalist by Tampa Bay Business Journal.

Ackman holds a Juris Doctor, Law from Indiana University Maurer School of Law. She graduated magna cum laude from Indiana University, where she obtained her Bachelor of Arts, Criminal Justice. Ackman is a member of the Florida Association.
