I chose College H.U.N.K.S. because of the fantastic culture and collaborative team environment. My favorite core value is Building Leaders. As a junk hauler myself during my college years, I experienced firsthand the valuable business and personal lessons I learned while being a crewmember. One of my goals as a franchise owner is to recreate a similar environment for the local H.U.N.K.S. as they become the next generation of leaders.
