Meet Our Statesville-Mooresville Team

I retired to NC from a 40 year career as a System Engineer and Manager for a major Aerospace company. I've partnered with my son, Mike, to open a College Hunk franchise in the Mooresville-Statesville-Salisbury area. He was looking for an opportunity to relocate from FL and be closer to family, and I was looking for a project to keep me busy. We chose College Hunks because of their strong Core Values and Training programs. Mike and his family love the area and will be putting down roots here. My wife, Julie, and I are living in our retirement home a few hours hours away. I'll be primarily working virtually in the business and supporting Mike's team. The College Hunks business model and values offer a great opportunity to provide men and women starting out in their careers with healthy outdoor work, customer service experience, and valuable lessons in leadership, followship, and teamwork that will serve them well wherever they go.

I have been part owner and director of the Statesville-Mooresville location since 2021. In my free time, I enjoy playing baseball with my son. My goal is to make a difference in my community. My favorite core value is building leaders. I want to help each HUNK work to their full potential and help them reach their own goals in life.

Chris Jones is our Operations Manager. Chris has been with the Statesville-Mooresville College Hunks since its opening in October, 2021.

Jessica is the site Administrator and is an essential part of the Statesville-Mooresville Team. Jessica enjoys being a mother and cuddling with her two dogs Copper and Harrison.
