Our Charity Partners

We are proud to be more than just a junk removal and moving company. We care about our customers and the community we serve. Doing our part to make the world a slightly better place is very important to us. As a junk removal company, we have an opportunity to give back through donations and recycling.

We firmly believe that one person’s trash is indeed another person’s treasure, and some of the things you may consider junk others may find useful. That’s why we will always donate, if we can, any items we remove from your home. If we are unable to do so, we will either recycle or dispose of it in an eco-friendly manner. We are proud that more than 70% of the items we remove from our client’s homes are recycled and all of the items are disposed of in a responsible, environmentally friendly manner.

Goodwill

College H.U.N.K.S. Hauling Junk & Moving®’s partnership with Goodwill Industries can help provide your items a second life to someone in need. In the past year alone, we’ve hauled over 6,000 truckloads of donated items to local Goodwill organizations across the country. This year, College H.U.N.K.S.® plans to surpass that number in our effort to give back to the communities we proudly serve.

From packing and unpacking to loading and unloading, our fee-based donation services guarantee you peace of mind knowing you’re doing your part to help your local community. When you call us for Goodwill donation and pickup, for a small fee, we’ll take care of all the hard labor so you never have to lift a finger. Once we’re finished, we’ll provide you with a tax-deductible receipt for your good deed.

Habitat for Humanity ReStore®

College H.U.N.K.S.® and Habitat for Humanity ReStore® are proud to give back to the local communities we serve. When you donate to Habitat for Humanity ReStore®, your charitable efforts are used to help families build affordable homes in your community and around the world.

When you call College H.U.N.K.S.® to handle your Habitat for Humanity ReStore® donation pickup, we’ll cover all the physical labor needed to transport your items. While this service is fee-based, our team will sort, load, haul, and drop off your donations on your behalf to a Habitat for Humanity ReStore® nearest you. All items that cannot be accepted will be recycled and disposed of responsibly so no item goes to waste.
