    Alie Broom is a Realtor® licensed in both New Hampshire and Massachusetts. Growing up in NH with a family in the industry, Alie always knew Real Estate would be where she ended up. She received her B.S. in Business Management with a focus in Marketing from the University of New Hampshire. During college, Alie met her wonderful husband Grant and their life path quickly changed when he commissioned into the Army shortly after graduation. They got a taste of life outside New England when the military stationed them all around the country. She took the time away from the industry to raise their 3 children before moving back and transitioning into the role of working mom. Being both business minded individuals and after Grants time in the military, the couple decided to start looking into business opportunities. They came across College H.U.N.K.S Hauling Junk and Moving and quickly decided that the core values of the company truly lined up with their own values and that is was a company that they needed to be part of. Alie is very excited to bring her passion and real estate expertise to College H.U.N.K.S Hauling Junk and moving.

    Born and raised in New Hampshire, Grant has been married to his wife Alie for 8 years. They have 3 children together: Riley, Hunter, and Lincoln. Grant spent 9 years in the US Army as an AH64D Apache Helicopter Pilot. In his last years in the Army he served as a Troop Commander and on his second deployment to Afghanistan was awarded the Bronze Star Medal. Much of his time in command was spent developing and building leaders in preparation for combat operations.

    College HUNKS’ core value of building leaders is something that Grant strongly believed in and led him to start a franchise in New Hampshire. He takes this same mentality he had in the military of building leaders and training and applies this towards his HUNKS at the New Hampshire Location. Helping to train and teach critical life skills that help them not only be effective at their job at College HUNKS, but more importantly prepare them for successful careers following their employment with his company.

    Ian was born in Bangor, Maine. After spending his early childhood in Maine, he moved with his family to California then over to New Jersey where he graduated High School. In 2009 Ian enlisted in the United States Marine Corps. After 6 years and one tour to Iraq, he was honorably discharged at the rank of Sergeant and moved with his wife Colleen to Fort Worth, Texas. Ian’s civilian career began in the interstate trucking industry where he worked his way up to Senior Dispatch Supervisor. Looking for a new challenge, Ian left trucking and entered in to the complex and fast paced industry of commercial construction with Maxim Crane Works, the largest crane company in North America. At Maxim Ian further developed his operations management skills by overseeing the logistics and field employees of the company’s largest region by dealing with in the complex and fast paced environment that the crane industry is famous for. Depending on the time of year he had anywhere from 35 to 200 direct reports where Ian was responsible for not only their daily schedules, but also all the details inherent to managing a large operation and its people.

    In early 2020 Ian and Colleen relocated to New Hampshire where they look forward to being closer to family and friends as well as put down roots of their own.
