Start to finish, they communicated on each step. Received confirmation call the day before the move, received heads up call on arrival time, received thorough explanation of paperwork and scope of job, the crew was careful with possessions, steady and thoughtful with loading/unloading, helpful with placement of items in new place. Great to work with a crew that was familiar with the uniqueness of each building and neighborhood, and challenges of city streets. Very happy with move. The job went without any hiccups and I have already recommended service to others.
