Listen, Fulfill and Delight

Everyone loves to hear a feel-good story where someone was able to be helped in a tough situation or even a story that you make you realize what a small world we live in. Here at College Hunks Hauling Junk & Moving, we try to make those types of stories happen every day!
One of our core values is to Listen, Fulfill and Delight and we take pride in the things that we do to live that core value to the fullest every day. We do our best to listen to the situation at hand and do our best to turn it into a positive experience and leave knowing that you made a positive impact for everyone involved.

Below are some examples of some situations that have occurred in our Sales and Loyalty Center that our sales agents were able to assist with:

“Meagan M. had a client whose father recently passed away from cancer and was needed to have his Father’s home cleared out. Meagan connected with the client immediately because her father also passed away from cancer. Meagan took her time to listen to the client’s needs and explained how our H.U.N.K.S. would be able to help her out through our donation and removal service. The client was so relieved knowing that we would try to get the items her father once had to someone who could use them and that it was "exactly what he would have wanted”. The call started with tears and ended in smiles knowing that the H.U.N.K.S. were on their way to take care of the rest.”

“I had a call from Kalamazoo for a mattress removal. It was an elderly lady who I had a nice conversation with for about 20 mins in which I mentioned my mother in law still lived on top of Westnedge Hill in Kalamazoo, as my wife grew up there. As I was finishing up her booking, I mentioned my wife was flying into town that morning to celebrate her mom's 80th birthday and, jokingly, asked her to say hello if she ran into her later. We had a good laugh as we finished up our call.
Wouldn't you know I get a call from my wife a few hours later asking if I had helped out Sandra that morning. I confirmed that I had. Sandra had enjoyed our conversation so much, she had told her lunch mates, my wife and mother in law, that she was having her mattress removed. She even mentioned my name and that I was in Tampa. How cool!!!

I had such a good conversation with her that she was willing to tell others about it. 🙂”

“Wendy got a call one morning from a lady named Tracy. She was 7 months pregnant with twins and her movers had just canceled on her. She had to move that morning, as her lease was up, and the new residents were there ready to move it. She felt she was out of options.
Wendy also has 2 kids and connected with the client immediately. She explained the we are great about doing same day moves and would get the request out to her local franchise immediately. She went over our transparent pricing structure and what to expect when our H.U.N.K.S. showed up. The client was waiting in anticipation hoping the H.U.N.K.S. would be able to help her out. Moments before hanging up Tracy was already getting a phone call from our local franchise letting her know the H.U.N.K.S. were happy to help and would be there before lunch.”
