I am a Kansas City full-time firefighter, working a 24 hour on 48 hours off schedule. I love being a fireman and its flexible scheduling, which allows me to run my labor company on my days off.
It all started in 2008, when I graduated from Pittsburg State University with a BS in Technology Management. I got on the fire department right out of college and began looking for side jobs.
I had always worked for a moving company in the summers throughout high school and college, and thought what better then to run my own company.
I wanted to put a new face on the moving industry by offering customers clean cut, professional, and educated movers to haul their belongings. After growing a small company from scratch, I wanted to brand my company with something unique and flashy, something no other moving company could offer.
