Director of the Client Loyalty Center
Tim Heidemann is the Director of the Client Loyalty Center for College Hunks Hauling Junk and College Hunks Moving. Prior to joining the College Hunks team in January of 2013, Tim worked for over 30 years as a call center director, 26 of which were spent at AT&T.
Tim’s College Hunks Legacy
Since joining the College Hunks team, Tim has drastically overhauled the company’s national Client Loyalty Center, using his wealth of call center experience to increase efficiency while at the same time giving our Client Loyalty Associates more freedom to be themselves on the phones and connect with clients in a real way.
Tim's Vision for the Future
Tim’s ultimate goal is to turn the Client Loyalty Center into the gold-standard against which other call centers measure themselves. He plans to achieve that goal by ensuring that each and every client who calls College Hunks receives a truly amazing, stress-free experience.
